Introduction
Key Group’s Calum Wilcock has been recognised by M&S as Project Manager of the Quarter at the Client Contractor Forum.
Calum received praise from multiple stakeholders including the Project Owner, Site Planning, IT, TPS and ATL teams, who described him as “all over it”, “great communication”, “well organised”, “attention to detail” and “knows his stuff”.
Recent projects Calum has managed with M&S include:
- A four-year national rollout of LED lighting upgrades across 150 stores, improving efficiency, reducing energy use and delivering long-term value.
- A two-year nationwide programme to redesign and install self-scan checkout areas in over 130 stores, completed at pace with minimal disruption.
This recognition reflects Calum’s commitment to excellence and the strong partnership Key Group continues to build with M&S.
