Introduction
Key Group has introduced a new brand identity and website, reflecting the scale and capability the business now delivers nationally.
Building on more than 30 years of dependable delivery, the refreshed identity brings Key’s external presence in line with the complexity, scope and reach of the programmes it now manages across the UK and Ireland.
From its Yorkshire roots, Key has grown into an integrated construction, fit-out and building services partner delivering multi-site rollouts and complex environments for national retail, leisure and commercial brands. Today, the business operates with more than 125 specialists and annual turnover of £30m.
For Managing Director Steve Saddler, the rebrand is about ensuring perception reflects reality.
“Over the last few years, the business has evolved significantly. We are delivering larger, more integrated programmes and supporting clients nationally across construction, fit-out and building services.
Our reputation has always been built on dependable delivery. The new brand reflects the scale and maturity of the business today.”
— Steve Saddler, Key Group’s Managing Director,
While Key has long been trusted to deliver with clarity, accountability and control, much of its progress has happened without fanfare.
As one Project Manager recently reflected, “There’s more to Key than people realise.”
The new website clearly sets out the breadth of Key’s integrated expertise, spanning construction, mechanical and electrical building services, fit-out, roofing and asset care . It also gives greater visibility to the way the business works, combining disciplined project management, digital coordination and practical sustainability to deliver consistent outcomes nationwide .
“We have never focused on making noise. We focus on doing the job properly and taking responsibility for what we deliver.
As we continue to grow, it is important that our brand reflects the confidence our clients already have in us.”
— Steve added
The new identity carries a simple message, Together We Build. It reflects how Key works in partnership with clients, consultants and supply chains to turn complex requirements into controlled, dependable delivery.
Thirty years on, the foundations remain strong. The difference now is that the brand reflects the scale, ambition and capability of the business as it moves forward.
