Finance Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The Financial Administrator will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and providing support to the finance department. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

 

Responsibilities:

– Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely

– Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies

– Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable

– Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

– Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations

Experience:

– Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role

– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

– Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)

– Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

– Strong organizational and time management abilities

– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

– Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements

Salary: From £17,000.00 per year
