Project Coordinator

We are looking for exceptional talent to join our team. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to supplement our Roofing department. The role involves working full-time hours, Monday to Friday and based at our head office in Ossett, West Yorkshire, with a salary of £25,000 per annum.

 

The Company – Who will I be working for?

Established in 1992, we started our journey with a team of 3 specialising in electrical and fixtures for ASDA. Fast forward to the present, and we’ve evolved into a robust company of 135 employees spanning five core divisions. Our client list boasts large organisations like Pets at Home, Haribo, Marks & Spencer, and, of course, ASDA.

Today, our nationwide presence encompasses a diverse range of projects, from small-scale retail ventures to expansive warehouse refits. Our expertise spans electrical, mechanical, refit, and roofing solutions.

The Role – What will I be doing?

The project coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget. This is achieved by ensuring that all documentation is received and distributed according to project milestones, maintaining accurate records, and influencing stakeholders to comply with processes and project requirements.

 

What will I need?

At Key everyone works as a team to achieve quality work delivered to our clients, this is something we look for in all our people and is essential in this role.

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in shop fit/construction.
  • Excellent Microsoft/project management software skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
