Project Manager – Asset Division

The Role – What will I be doing?

As a Project Manager at Key you will be required to manage each project ranging from start to finish including budgets from £50k to £3m, labour coordination and subcontractors. You will also be liable for interim progress reports and control of snagging lists throughout the project.

Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and lead by example for others by problem-solving and reacting to issues in a timely manner. With support from HSEQ you will be responsible for Health and Safety related to your projects.

What will I need?

At Key everyone works as a team to achieve quality work delivered to our clients, this is something we look for in all our people and is essential in this role. You’ll need:

  • Valid UK licence and vehicle
  • CSCS Black card
  • Robust experience of shopfitting or internal fit-out
  • First Aid
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • Strong communication skills – Liaising with external clients/contractors
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
