Project Manager – Electrical
We are looking for exceptional talent to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to supplement our Electrical Division. The role involves working full-time hours, Monday to Friday. You’ll be based at our head office in Ossett, West Yorkshire, but you’ll be traveling across the UK for site visits and client meetings, so flexibility is required. Due to the nature of this role, we understand there will be an element of homeworking necessary to successfully deliver in this position.
We’re offering a salary £45,000 to £50,000 and a car allowance of £5,000 per annum.
The Role – What will I be doing?
As a project manager at KEY you will be required to manage each project ranging from start to finish including budgets from £50k to £3m, labour coordination and subcontractors. You will also be liable for interim progress reports and control of snagging lists throughout the project.
These works can often be out of hours or reactive therefore a degree of work maybe outside of the usual office hours therefore we do offer flexible working hours.
A key aspect of your role will be to uphold HSEQ standards across sites within your project pipeline, with the support of the Health and Safety team.
