At Key Group we work with multiple major retail clients on national contracts so you will predominantly be away from home Monday to Friday and may include the occasional Sunday, this is reflected in both pay and allowances whilst travelling, this includes but is not limited to – company vehicle, fuel card and accommodation.
As this is a customer facing role you must be well-presented and have a positive can-do attitude. This should also go hand in hand with being trustworthy and strong work ethic giving the ability to work both alone or as part of a wider team.
Working with major retailers we require our staff to work to the highest level of service and workmanship in this demanding and changing market. You will be responsible for managing staffing within your department and the day to day running of site activities ensuring the highest standards are met. You must make site inspections with regards to health and safety in accordance with both company and client procedures are maintained at all times. Completing all documentation including checking and preparing any site drawings or reports. Using your initiative to prevent/solve issues which may arise is also a key part of this role.
We require you to hold a valid clean UK driving licence, NVQ Level 2 in HVAC systems, you should also hold a valid SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification. Further industry related qualifications would be beneficial however training is offered across the business.
