The Client & Challenge
Holland & Barrett, the UK’s leading health and wellness retailer, partnered with Morrisons to pilot new in-store concessions. Morrisons set strict standards for delivery and brought in ITAB, their long-standing shopfitting partner, to lead the programme. ITAB appointed Key to manage the building services elements.
The first three sites in Bradford, Cheadle Heath and Norwich were trial locations. Bradford was chosen as the showcase because of its proximity to Morrisons’ head office. Each project needed to be delivered within tight timescales and in live supermarket environments.

Our Approach
Key worked in partnership with ITAB and Morrisons to ensure each concession operated as a fully independent store within the supermarket. The team installed metered electrical supplies, data cabling and fibre optic connections, enabling Holland & Barrett’s systems to run seamlessly.
Careful coordination was essential. By aligning works with Morrisons’ standards and ITAB’s programme, Key kept delivery efficient and consistent.
